		TME's facility provides precision turning, milling, surface grinding, honing, boring and CAD/CAM CNC milling capabilities.
		Using regularly updated CAD software we have the capability to create complete virtual prototypes of every component. Design time is not only drastically reduced, but changes and development procedures can be achieved efficiently and easily.
		The models allow us to check for clash detection, create CNC paths from the CAM software, create rapid prototype items, help clients to visualise components, procedures and images.
		Every racing driver understands that, without horsepower, that vehicle goes nowhere. As dynamometers are the only tool specifically designed to measure engine horsepower, it's no surprise that this equipment is part of TME's impressive facilities. TME's facility houses the 600hp Heenan & Froude Water Brake Dynamometer capable of testing virtually any type of race engine and are equipped with extensive data collection systems allowing us to gain maximum performance in stable conditions.
		TME's machine work is carried out to the very tightest tolerance and finishes, exceeding standards generally available within the industry.
